Booked a private infrared sauna session and it was exactly what I needed, spotless room, great setup with the sauna, shower and cold plunge all to yourself, and a genuinely relaxing, calming space. Perfect reset after days of walking around Sydney. A special mention to Breeze, who was absolutely lovely welcoming, friendly, and made sure I was comfortable and knew how everything worked. That kind of warm, personal service makes all the difference. Highly recommend, will definitely be back next time I’m in town.

We were discussing activities we could possibly do together for more relaxation in our relationship, and I am happy to say that the 2 hour couples float therapy is most definitely worth it.

Recommended to us by a friend, you get the opportunity to float in weightlessness and let your mind take respite from all the thoughts you may have had during the day.

The lady who greeted us (unfortunately didn't get her name, but this was a Wednesday evening) was extremely lovely and kind. She spoke to us about the benefits, what is provided for us in the room, and was great at promoting other services that will actually be beneficial to us, which I'd definitely love to try, such as the infrared rooms.

We were extremely happy with the session, and sad that it had to end so quickly! The time really flies by when your mind is in a complete state of relaxation. My partner actually fell asleep in there for a few minutes, whilst I stayed awake to enjoy the feeling of floating in what felt like pure air. Everyone will experience different feelings.

For the ladies, no stress. They provide a vanity mirror with hairbrushes and hairdryers, straightener, curler, make-up pads, and more, so you can freshen up before or after your session. (This is especially handy for someone who has long hair like me).

Overall, I would absolutely recommend this place for singles and couples who just want to achieve a state of peace after a long day, or even just for fun. We're so happy with the service and experience, and look forward to coming back sometime in the near future :)

Lovely robes, showers and lighting is comfortable. Both couples infrared sauna and floating room were spot on. Much better than some other places around. We will be back.
